The Friends School Mullica Hill Board of Trustees awarded John Falciani the Founder’s Award for his many years of exceptional service at a special ceremony on December 19th. This prestigious award represents the Board’s highest honor.
Falciani joined the Board of Trustees in 1995 and served seven terms until 2017 when he began serving as an emeritus member. During his long tenure, he was a guiding force on many legal, financial, real estate and administrative matters. Falciani was a key participant in the capital campaign that culminated in the building of the Hanshi Deshbandhu Building in 2002.
An accomplished lawyer with a practice in Woodbury, New Jersey, Falciani served as the school’s attorney-of-record for many years and where he helped provide important legal guidance and support.
“John’s contributions are incalculable,” said William Carrigan, clerk of the Board. “The Board of Trustees and the whole school community have a deep gratitude and appreciation for his decades of selfless giving.”
John Falciani and his wife Deborah live in Woodbury, New Jersey and have three children, Andrea, Danny and Alex. All their children attended and graduated from Friends School Mullica Hill.
